Two command line options added.  NEWSFLSH.PPE [MAINT] [FileName] 
	MAINT - Performs maintenance of news file removing old entries.
		Must be the first argument if used.
	Filename - Newsfile to display. Overrides Config file entry. 
		   If used with MAINT, then maintenance is performed
		   on specified file instead.
		   Filename MUST reside in the PPE directory

Another option added to the configuration file. Now the color of the
bar that separates the Date from the entry can be entered.

Online registration ppe added to my BBS for Instant KEY file generation.
This is still a free PPE and so is the registration.

Needless pause replaced in later beta version.
 
Beta release: Included new security routine for registering. Released as
              freeware to test registration routine libraries.
